YanıtLabs platformunu ("Hizmet", app.yanitlabs.com) kullanarak aşağıdaki şartları kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Hizmetin Tanımı
YanıtLabs, işletmelerin WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram ve web sitesi üzerinden gelen müşteri mesajlarını yapay zekâ destekli bir asistanla yanıtlamasını sağlayan bir SaaS platformudur.
2. Hesap Sorumluluğu
Platformu kullanan işletmeler ("müşteri hesabı"), kendi hesaplarının güvenliğinden, bağladıkları WhatsApp/Telegram/Instagram hesaplarının kendilerine ait veya bağlama yetkisi oldukları hesaplar olmasından ve platform üzerinden paylaştıkları içeriğin ilgili mesajlaşma platformlarının (Meta, Telegram) kendi kurallarına uygun olmasından sorumludur.
3. Kabul Edilebilir Kullanım
Platform; istenmeyen toplu mesaj (spam) göndermek, yanıltıcı veya yasa dışı içerik dağıtmak, ya da bağlı üçüncü taraf platformların (WhatsApp Business Platform, Telegram Bot API, Meta Platform Politikaları) kullanım şartlarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanılamaz.
4. Hizmet Sağlayıcılar
Mesajları yanıtlamak için yapay zekâ (büyük dil modeli) sağlayıcıları kullanılır. Bu sağlayıcılara ilettiğimiz veri, yalnızca yanıt üretmek amacıyla işlenir. Detaylar için Gizlilik Politikası'na bakınız.
5. Hizmetin Değiştirilmesi ve Sonlandırılması
Hizmeti geliştirmek amacıyla özellikleri değiştirebilir veya kaldırabiliriz. Bir müşteri hesabı, ödeme yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmediğinde veya bu şartları ihlal ettiğinde hizmete erişimi askıya alınabilir.
6. Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Hizmet "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Yapay zekâ tarafından üretilen yanıtların her koşulda hatasız olacağı garanti edilmez; kritik kararlar için insan gözetimi önerilir.
WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram gibi üçüncü taraf mesajlaşma platformları üzerinden gönderilen mesajların son kullanıcıya iletilmesi, tamamen o platformların kendi altyapısına (örn. Meta) bağlıdır. Bu platformlardan kaynaklanan gecikme, iletim hatası veya mesajın hiç ulaşmaması gibi durumlardan YanıtLabs sorumlu tutulamaz. Böyle bir teslimat hatası tespit edildiğinde ilgili müşteri hesabına bildirim yapılması için elimizden geleni yaparız, ancak bu bildirimin her durumda mümkün veya zamanında olacağı garanti edilmez.

By using the YanıtLabs platform ("Service", app.yanitlabs.com), you agree to the following terms.
1. Description of Service
YanıtLabs is a SaaS platform that lets businesses respond to customer messages from WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and their own website using an AI-powered assistant.
2. Account Responsibility
Businesses using the platform ("workspace") are responsible for the security of their own accounts, for ensuring the WhatsApp/Telegram/Instagram accounts they connect belong to them or that they are authorized to connect, and for ensuring content shared through the platform complies with the relevant messaging platforms' own policies (Meta, Telegram).
3. Acceptable Use
The platform may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), distribute misleading or unlawful content, or violate the terms of connected third-party platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform, Telegram Bot API, Meta Platform Policies).
4. Service Providers
AI (large language model) providers are used to generate replies. Data sent to these providers is processed solely for the purpose of generating a response. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Changes and Termination
We may modify or remove features to improve the Service. Access may be suspended for a workspace that fails to meet payment obligations or violates these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is." AI-generated responses are not guaranteed to be error-free in all circumstances; human oversight is recommended for critical decisions.
Delivery of messages sent through third-party messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) to the end user depends entirely on that platform's own infrastructure (e.g., Meta). YanıtLabs is not liable for delays, delivery failures, or non-delivery originating from these platforms. We make reasonable efforts to notify the relevant workspace when such a delivery failure is detected, but do not guarantee that such notice will always be possible or timely.
